About our Association
The Caribbean Friendship Association is a mission-driven organisation supporting early childhood education and small business development in CARICOM countries.
We work in partnership with schools, childcare providers, entrepreneurs, and community organisations to help them access resources, information, and practical support that strengthen local capacity and long-term opportunity.
Our approach is collaborative, inclusive, and focused on ethical support that responds to real needs on the ground.
What We Do
We support communities in CARICOM countries through practical projects focused on early childhood education and small business development.
Our work includes:
-
Supporting schools and childcare centres with learning resources
-
Donating educational materials and equipment
-
Building knowledge and contacts for entrepreneurs and start-ups
Our Approach
We believe that community grows through participation, respect, and care for one another.
Our activities are organized by volunteers, and we welcome anyone who wishes to take part — whether occasionally or regularly.
The Caribbean Friendship Association is governed by a small group of Supporting Members who act in the best interests of the organisation and the communities it serves.
Our governance approach is guided by transparency, accountability, and fairness.
Access to support is never determined by financial contribution, and no individual or organisation may use funding to influence decisions.Any potential conflicts of interest are declared and managed to protect the integrity of our work and the dignity of those we support.
We are committed to responsible stewardship of resources and to working in partnership with communities across CARICOM countries.
